The Beavers (2-5) are coming off a 48-34 win at PikeView. Tazewell (4-3) is coming off a 56-37 win over richlands in the Backyard Brawl.

Sophomore wide receiver Logan McDonald had a career-best day last week against richlands … McDonald caught a career-high 8 passes for a career-high 144 yards against the blue tornadoes … His three touchdown receptions in the game tied the single-game school record … McDonald has 22 receptions for 367 yards in seven games this year, with 7 touchdown receptions — the highest on the team this year.
Linebacker Duo . . .
Linebackers Kaizon Taylor and Brock Alley have been a force together on the inside this season… Taylor and Alley lead the Bulldogs with 98 ½ total tackles in the first seven games… Taylor leads the way with 58 ½ tackles, including a team-high 13 tackles for loss, while Alley has 40 tackles … Taylor also leads the team with 5 sacks …
